Welcome to Episode 19 of Optimal - the Podcast! In this episode, Dr. Dicken Weatherby and Beth Ellen talk to Kathie M. Swift about sarcopenia, a condition that results in the loss of muscle mass and strength.
Kathie's interest in sarcopenia stems from her early observations as a nursing student, where she notices muscle loss in elderly patients.
