Is Your Mobile Phone Telling You to Eat More?

Mobile phones emit radio frequency-modulated electromagnetic fields (RF-EMFs), which can influence brain activity, increase glucose metabolism, and affect appetite.

A study found that just 25 minutes of RF-EMF exposure from phones increased calorie intake by 22-27%, particularly from carbohydrates.

This suggests that mobile phone radiation might contribute to overeating and potentially to the obesity epidemic.

The exposure also affects cognitive processes, and minimizing contact with RF-EMFs, including from WiFi and Bluetooth, may be beneficial for health.
