Plants are Good for Your Skin

The skin is our largest organ and constantly faces harmful factors like germs, UV rays, and irritants.

While its inflammatory response helps fight infections and repair damage, excessive inflammation can lead to issues like eczema or psoriasis.

Certain nutrients, especially polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) found in plant oils, help reduce inflammation and maintain a healthy skin barrier.

When applied topically, these plant oils may also aid in wound healing, protect against infections, and potentially lower the risk of some skin cancers.
